Removals and storage is a move and storage service from one company. We move you out, keep your belongings in storage and move you in when you are ready, with one team and one point of contact throughout.
You are not arranging a removal company for one end, a storage provider in the middle and someone else for the delivery, then hoping the dates line up. Your move manager plans the whole thing with you, from the very first box to the final placement in your new home.
Storage also gives you room to manage the parts of a move you cannot control. If the chain is delayed or your new home is not ready, your belongings are already packed and out of the way, and the delivery is arranged once you have the keys.
It is the same careful service as our house removals, with storage built into the plan. It suits people moving between homes, waiting on a completion date, or renovating before they move in.
How it works
Every move starts with a free survey, in person or by video. We check access, parking, volume and packing, then give you a quote for the move and the storage together. After that, it works in three steps.
- Move out and pack. We pack what you would like us to pack, dismantle furniture where needed and load everything carefully.
- Storage. Your belongings go into storage with us and stay there until your new home is ready.
- Delivery to your new home. We deliver everything to your new home, reassemble furniture and place it in the rooms you choose.
Your move manager is your point of contact the whole way through. If your plans change while your belongings are in storage, you speak to the same person, and they agree the delivery date with you once you are ready.
